T Alun Jones Ltd is a family company. We have more than 60 years of experience in Powys haulage, storage, and distribution. Established in 1961, our firm has grown. We now operate a fleet of 30 modern vehicles from our depot in Welshpool, on the Shropshire/Powys border.
The depot is one of four sites in Welshpool. Our site also includes a 135,000 square foot warehouse that is available for storage space. We pride ourselves on our excellent staff and high-quality customer service. Customer orders can be taken by telephone, fax, or email. Orders are always processed in a quick and highly efficient way. This means that your needs are met as soon as possible. Our dedicated traffic planning team who manage the fleet will endeavor to ensure all operations are carried out in efficient time. We will work with you to provide a service that is tailored to you and your business. To this end, we are happy to consider any special requirements you have.

Our drivers are all fully qualified and trained. We pride ourselves not only on delivering goods but on carrying out our duties with courtesy. We also provide an excellent customer experience. As company ambassadors, all of our drivers will be polite, knowledgeable, and helpful.

We are an environmentally responsible company. Our aim is to minimise the impact of our operations on the environment. We can provide invoices, statements, and remittance notices electronically to save the earth’s resources and reduce global warming. We adhere to an environmental policy. T Alun Jones will seek to reduce harmful emissions, re-use and recycle materials where practical. In addition, promote energy efficiency. We are constantly monitoring this and reviewing our policies. This means that our customers can be sure we are taking responsibility for the environment.

We can offer haulage, storage, and distribution. Working with a range of clients from Welshpool, Powys, Mid Wales, Shropshire, Oswestry, and Newtown. As well as throughout the UK and Europe.
We offer a variety of haulage. From standard Curtain Sided trailers to Walking floors, Lo-loaders, and Timber trailers. We have recently added two limited addition lorries to our fleet. These are a Scania 50 years limited addition lorry which we purchased in 2014, and a Volvo 50 years limited addition lorry which we purchased in 2017.
Our experienced staff is at the forefront of our business and central to our success. Our workers are all dedicated and skilled. This means that they can deliver an efficient and reliable service to customers, which is second to none.
